Complete training for drivers of passenger cars, trucks and other special vehicles

The theoretical training

The stabile and the mobile computer rooms provide possibility for geological adjustment to the customers, so the drivers can attend the theoretical training without travelling hundreds of kilometres. This way their attention and information-uptake can be the most optimal. During the lectures the attendants’ knowledge and abilities – their reacting and information-uptaking abilities – are tested. Short films and animations are also shown to help them more deeply understand the different accident-analyses.

The practical training

During the practical training the attendants get opportunity to practise and check in the traffic what they have learned on the theoretical course. The driving practice (if it is possible) happens during the attendants’ working hours, on their working place, by the same vehicle that they usually use for their work, because drivers make the most mistakes during their daily routine.
Recognising these imprinted faults is the most important task. To draw attention to these incorrect driving elements we record them with four micro-camcorders and the drivers can see and analyse them afterwards.

The distance teaching programme

The condition of efficiency is to save stability: the most difficult task probably is to save the achieved results. It can be done by our continuous presence, keeping up the thought of traffic safety thorough the year. This can be ensured by our monthly 20 minute distance teaching programme on Internet – „E-learning”.
The aim of this monthly distance teaching programme is to save the achieved results, to provide possibility for continuous improvement and to keep up thinking of traffic safety.
This programme takes not more than 20 minutes, and can be downloaded from Internet, from the server of our school. The interesting and short material is always about a timely, seasonal subject, through traffic rules, driving theory and an analysis of a typical accident. At the end of each programme a short test can be found.
